We utilize our own patent pending extrusion process to produce metallurgically bonded patterned metals in bar, tube, plate, and sheet form. The metals are carefully prepared and arranged in a metal canister in such a way as to create the desired pattern. The canister is then vacuum sealed, heated and hot extruded. After extrusion we perform additional treatments to reveal and enhance the pattern, and to bring it to final dimensions. XPM’s may then be machined and manipulated by conventional metalworking techniques to produce virtually any sort of metal product. We work closely with our partners to establish best manufacturing practices including machining, forging, rolling, and finishing.
